Loadshedding billing affects credit score

The billings never stop and theres zero communication.

After getting my account up to date because of returned debits due to them having captured my account details incorrectly, i requested to be removed from the debit order and pay them eft. They said it would be done when account is up to date, makes no sense when they have the wrong bamk account. So my credit looks poor for this account.

I got it squared up. Only to have them bill me for 19 extra call outs due to the battery dying during loadshedding prompting them to come Unacceptable.

I cant answer every call while at work if hku call every two minutes in a 2 hour loadshedding
