load shedding trickering the alarm

I have been receiving calls from them saying they got an alert I think 7 times in a day , all people are saying is because of load shedding . How is load shedding trickering the alarm , they send a car nothing is reported back . Meaning all s fine but then , I am goin to be charged for all this . . . isnt this a **** to just milk us more money ? There is a battery for the alarm so why n how is it affected . . . I am intending to leave this or they shiuld upgrade their system .
