Lies lies lies

<p>I have had my security system with ADT since 2015.When i instaled it i was told after 2 years of payment the system would belong tom me and i was given a free camera.I paid for the items they asked me to which was the trasmitter and receiver as well as the guard cell and york box.I have since had to cancel in july due to their fees being high and my husband being unemployed.</p> <p>They sent me a mail telling me they are comming to collect their entire system including all wiring....SO I WANT TO KNOW! what did i pay for,why was I **** to by the agent who sold the unit to me.My contract and their contract differ...i do not have certain items ticked on mine as they do.....how sure am i that a new unit was even fitted in the first place? as the type of unit was not ticked as well as whether it was rented or owned...they are big ******** and after so many years they treat you so bad.I see why my mom moved over to CHUBB after being with ADT for 10 years.What is told to you is not what you receive.</p>
