Lies, Empty promises and pathetic service

<p>I find myself once again having to put up with ADT's bull...t service, lies, dishonest advice and pathetic nonsense. Once again what was communicated to me and telephonically by a team leader and the call recorded was not what happened this month on my debit order. I was promised and ensured that my debit order for this month will be will be R261.87 instead of the increased amount of R273.74. This was after I got the increased debit order notification, I called to query the amount and mentioned my reasons fro querying, the team leader promise to reduce it to R261.87 if I continued to stay with ADT. He also assured me that the system was updated immediately to debit this amount from my account this month.....what a load of bull as the R273.74 amount I queried went off. I except this amount to be reversed immediately and the correct amount to be debited. How can I trust ADT to protect my house an family if I can't trust what you say or what you confirm and say never happens. This dames to always be the case with ADT. Managers and team leaders lie or they are just ***********. I need this resolved asap or I will as mentioned before moved my business to your competitors as it's not worth the energy and time spent trying to always make sure ADT does what they promise......AFT STANDS FOR ALWAYS DISAPPOINTING TIMES in my opinion .
