On the night of 25 02 2016 I pressed a panic button as there were people in my yard that were not supposed to be there.I then got a prompt response via telephone from ADT who promised to send an armed response.However the armed response did not arrive till daybreak when an unarmed guy from Skhukhula Security arrived.Our policy No. is MZU00016 and our address is House no D 372 Umlazi Durban. I need to know from ADT SECURITY what action they took on the day of the incident and I need a detailed report as well as proof of GPS from the car or cars that responded to my call on the night.My contact details are *** and ***
