Let down

I have had endless issues with an alarm system installed by FADT. Senior Management tried to assist but management at the local branch didn't follow through with a viable solution.

The best solution for me was to cancel with FADT and rather seek a company that can offer me decent technical services. I doubt that the company I choose will be able to offer the same support services as FADT, but at least I'll have a working alarm and I might just be surprised!
