LATE RESPONSE TIME

Good morning, I am and have been with ADT over 10 years and have never had a break in until the 15th March 2016. The armed response prior to this was excellent but on this day ADT took 39 minutes to be exact to reach my property but according to ADT response time is 5 minutes because they always have someone in the area. I have left complaints and 2 of ADT personnel have called me but still is getting nothing done. The perpetrators damaged 3 of my entrances to the house after lifting up the gate from the railings. The junior response office drove by, saw the gate open and my dog lying of the floor and according to him this was normal. My dog was given something to make her drowsy luckily not poison but tear gas, which already is unforgiveable. When the senior office arrived he waited outside which I do understand because he was not allowed to go into the open house unless accompanied. I am claiming all the goods ****** out my house, the access of the break in repairs of R1500.00 because of negligence from their side.
