Late response and no commitment to clients

<p>My alram is malfunctioning, and they were supposed to come yesterday, I have a carpot not a closed garage, and apparently the technichian turned back at my gate yesterday because my phone was not going through, no effort made to hoot or anything to make sure there is nobody at home, and today am waiting since the promised time of 9:30 and now they are making excuses about the marches in town!!!</p>
