Late response

On 21 April my alarm went off in the evening. The control room did phone but the phone only rang once and it was disconnected, no second call. I waited more than 30 min for the armed response to come out. This is not acceptable and I'm very disappointed in ADT. I'm now considering another security. ADT's actions late response will put my family's life in danger and I cannot take a risk.
