Late or no response

Alarm goes off and ADT pitches 30 minutes later, when asked about long response time I was told that he responded from another area 20km away. I don't see patrol vehicles in the area at all. We have ******* breaking into houses and now ADT takes our money and offer no service. I would strongly suggest you guys watch scorpion security and how efficient they are, I will be taking this matter further via social media for further action to be taken for your pathetic service.
