Lack of Feedback & Service

Still waiting for a refund from ADT that I requested last Tuesday. I've made numerous follow ups and have still not received proof of payment. I was called on Monday and was promised that it will be done today, I asked that it be done first thing in the morning. Half the day is gone, I followed up 6 times today and still nothing received!! PLEASE ESCALATE TO SOMEONE WHO WILL GET THIS DONE NOW AND NOT MAKE IT MY PROBLEM THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON OTHER DEPARTMENTS!!!
