KIERON BOURNE & ADT - SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY!!!

I requested the services of ADT to install an alarm in one of my houses. I met with Kieran Bourne on Tuesday 3/3/15 at my Summer Greens House, he discussed the installation & what was needed. The vetting took place & I was then contacted by Aziza on Friday, 13/03/15, to book a time for the technician to install. The scheduled time was Monday, 16/03/15, between 1pm & 2pm. I was off from work, looking after my ill 3 year old son but we were at the house at 1pm as per the arrangement & as per the urgency in the matter. Present at the house, I called Aziza since I didn't get hold of Kieron Bourne at 1:45pm, she then called the technician to find out his whereabouts & then called me back at 1:56pm informing me that the technician is not answering his phone. My ill son & I sat in an empty house for 1 hour waiting for ADT to pitch - not a good impression of a Security Company whose motto is \Always there"- ironic! A week's passed since I was stood up & I tried to get over this until I received an SMS from my bank informing me that ADT debited my account"
