Khosi is useless at ADT

Khosi is her name.

So rude and useless. This woman did not have the audacity to listen and reason to me a paying customer. Instead she said go ahead and write the review with no worry in the world of losing a paying customer. This is how businesses loose valued customers. I was merely illustrating to her that the guys need to come in and check if indeed I am save every time there is a panic alert and not just dwell on phone calls but, she went on to interject and told me that she cares less.

ADT, you've lost a client. Please know that the way you conduct your services to me lately is questionable and unjust to say the least.
