Keep pestering me to buy a contract
I have been an ADT customer for over a decade, and their agents keep phoning me to ask if I want to "sign up" with them. I have contacted ADT on numerous occasions to try and put a stop to this continual harassment, which is not in line with the Consumer Act. What does it take? Should I go to a security company that actually takes me seriously???
If this doesn't work, I will complain to the Consumer Council.

14 Dec 2017, 13:01Tumi tried to phone when my phone's battery was flat and then SMSed asking me to call. However I have tried twice to return the call but it never gets answered. I then phoned the ADT call centre and asked to speak to Tumi, but was just placed on hold for over 5 minutes. As it was clear that I was just wasting my airtime, I terminated the call. They now deserve less than the 2 stars I originally awarded.
