Just get it DONE!

After posting the below complaint ADT responded with the same old message;

"We apologise for the inconvenience caused. This information has been escalated to the Finance Department. Someone will be in touch with you soon."

If you read my complaint you would have noticed that you're Finance Department has NEVER contacted me and never will. I do not need someone to purely contact me, just to tell me they are working on the problem as this has now been done on no less than 5 occasions. I someone to contact me, tell me that the issue has been cleared and a letter has been emailed clearing me of any wrongdoing and I need this done TODAY!

I am now beyond fed up, honestly!

Okay, so this is now my THIRD complaint regarding the SAME issue on hellopeter.com. I have now spoken to probably 20 people ALL of which would resolve the matter at hand, ALL of which would get back to me. Every single person I speak to acknowledges that ADT incorrectly put me on ITC and that it has since been removed. The bank however STILL picks it up and I have now been struggling for over a week JUST to get a letter out of you stating that the issue has been cleared up and the account has always been paid in full. Your accounts department, my so-called credit controller, and the supervisors there have not answered a single call in over 15 attempts and not once have they returned a call or email. What is the point of escalating an issue if no one takes ownership of it? I want you to provide me with proof that the issue has been cleared up and that my name has been removed so I can send it to my bank. Get your house in order!
