Just debt account and no statements

Install alarm with some extras that was discussed with the sales person- Johan Myburgh and we got outstanding service from him .The problem started with the accounts department,they deduct the extras of the month of Nov14 and tried again after the deduction was done and spoke to Patrick in the accounts department and send him the confirmation on the 12 Dec 2014 that it was already deducted . Got no reply or any communication from him and today the double payment for the extras was debt off my account again.
