I've got an issue with ADT when my alarm system went off around 7:45 PM ADT took their time to get to my premises and this is not the 1st time

I've got an issue with ADT when my alarm system went off around 7:45 PM ADT took their time to get to my premises and this is not the 1st time. I keep telling them one day they'll find me dead. I'm visually impaired so wont even be able to see an intruder luckily the beans were triggered by string winds and they told me the electric fence was still intact
