IT IS NOT RAINING BUT POURING

<p>I havee been with ADT for more than 10 years and it is extremely disappointing to note that their service sucks. I have been requesting the padlocks to give their field staff access to my home in case of emergency for 8 months now and nothing happens. It is not as if I am getting these for free. I had a similar experience in the past when I requested them to put their ADT board on my walls, which took them 6 months and after I managed to get through to their CEO and CFO through email, it is only then they came rushing. Do I have to do this everytimne I want them to do their work? In my entire life, I have never dealt with such *********** people, which is a true reflection of what the company is all about.</p>
