Issues on Upgraded alarm & NO RESOLUTION

We have recently upgraded our alarm system to have added security. After 3 burglaries this year. What a joke, since doing it if there is load shedding we have to be at home to guard our own house as the alarm does not work. Technicians are not resolving it and the response time from guarding division is now between 30 minutes to 1 hour - RIDICULOUS!! Sometimes you get notified your alarm activated and other times not. We are constantly told it has been escalated - clearly there is no one that cares at a higher level either!!!! After years of being loyal - they are chasing us away - since the first burglary where they did not respond either - we gave them a chance and this is what we get in return!!!
