Is Verbal abuse a standard at ADT

I urgently need a Manager for the Sales Consultants to call me back ASAP. if i have not received a call within the next hour, i will be taking my complaint about the verbal abuse and threats recieved from Dawn Brian further. i have a recording of this lady saved to my phone.
