Is there no limiit to ADT's administrative incompetence?

Is there no limit to ADT’s administrative incompetence? In my letter to hellopeter on 22 December I refer to a December payment having been paid twice because of ADT incompetence. The amount was R 549.58, which included an annual radio licence fee. I sent this amount to a Mr Mogamad Bailey who emailed me, but rather strangely he then sent me a note that I have been refunded only R 203 without further explanation. God help us all, and ADT in particular! Can the ADT people even read? W Richter ***
