Is there anybody out there?

<p>I had a conversation with Riedwaan Haffejee from ADT towards the end of May. My motther is a pensioner and has been paying R504.94 monthly for armed response. I was informed that she qualified for a reduced subscription of R228 monthly, and that it will be adjusted effective 1 July 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous calls and emails the matter is still unresolved 3 months later and she is still paying the higher subscription.</p> <p> </p> <p>ADT need to refund the over payment of ((R504.94 - R228) X 2) R553.88 and adjust the subscription amount to the promised R228 monthly.</p>
