Invisible security

i have been requesting for patrol at least twice a week especially at night and that never happened, only when something happens and i complain, but that patrol will happen on the day i complain. I have their boards right around my walls but ********* hit my place three times already and i always tell them(adt) if they were visible, the ********* wouldn't even try playing next to my yard as they wouldn't know when will they patrol, but because they are invisible and ********* are aware that they will only respond when they receive a panic alert hence my yard is the ********* playground, I find paying them being ineffective as only ADT is benefitting but i don't get any service from them.
