Information Please

I used to have an account some years back which I owe no money on. A company called Creditworx and more recently Norman Bissett has harassed me. This for a period of at least a year and a half for money I supposedly owe ADT. Despite repeated explanations and request for documentation they are unable to provide this. They now claim the documentation is with you. Could you please confirm that 1) You appointed these people to act for you. 2) Provide the relevant documentation, as they have been unable to provide this for a month now. As I stated to them the harassment of myself my family is now over. In the event that you handed some claim to them you will be held jointly responsible with these companies for their harassment and the unsubstantiated claim.
