Inexperienced technicians messed up our system

Highly disappointed with ADT technical service. One of our zones was faulty as due to load shedding, the technicians came yesterday went into our ceiling to check the cables, when they came down they mentioned that our cables are messed up and we should log a call for them to come and fixed them.

Immediately when they left 4 of our zones started being faulty, not even the one they came to check.

I understand the cables may be messed but they have been operating well all this time, immediately when they leave the whole system is messed up. I feel our cables we intentionally messed so that they can create business for themselves.

Now we cant even set our alarm as none of them are working our lifes are put in danger because they want business. I am highly disappointed and disgusted with their service i wish they never even came to our house.
