Inept Call Center and Lying Supervisors

<p>We came home last night to find ADT at our house as the alarm had gone off. There were no intruders, but they had let our dog get out of the yard again. I phoned the call centre to tell them to please make a note that we have two dogs and that they should take care to make sure they don't get out. 30 minutes later my wife is terrified as there is someone with a flashlight walking outside our bedroom. The call centre agent had sent someone, unannounced, to our house to now look for the dog. The 'genius' had sent a guard to look for our dog in our yard. Magnificent levels of stupidity there. I then phoned ADT and talked to supervisor about this massive invasion of our privacy. He then proceded to lie by telling me he would follow up on the matter and get back to me. I phoned again today and spoke to another suprvisor who seems to have no idea of what is goin on. Is this really the level of staff you hire? Idiots and *****?</p>
