Increase contributions with NO authority. Do NOT respond to queries.

I have been an ADT customer for many years. Before starting with ADT I contribute extra for street patrols. I SPECIFICALLY DID NOT agree tyo increases in the street patrol tarrifs. ADT has taken it upon themselves to, without autorisation, increase the tarriffs . *****? I have made a number of phone calls and sent at least 12 e mails to folllow up on this. NO res****se from then to explain the unauthorised increases. .... I have also cancelled all contracts with ADT on thw 11/10/2023 and asked for confirmation. NO confirmation. i would advise the public 1. In my opinion to be wary of signing up with ADT as they just (it seems) get back to you and 2. Increase contributions without authorisation.
