Incorrectly billed twice with a *****ulent account created in my name

I’ve been billed twice for in February and again in March. I’m so so upset because I flagged it last month and was promised a refund and that the second account that was created would be cancelled. I wasn’t even given a reference number for this case. I’m just being sent from pillar to post. I wouldn’t recommend this security company at all and looking to cancel
