Incorrect Incident report

We had a house ******* on 14 May 2024. I asked for an incident report and was sent an incorrect report, their response officer or whoever wrote the report made up their own story. I advised them of this, we have been following up with the operations manager and are being blatantly ignored. I have also sent an email to their complaints email address but no response. I am speaking to myself.
