Incorrect Debit order

I signed up for security services end of June whilst you were promoting your 3 months free special. According to the lady that signed me up Zintle, she assured me that payment will only be effective after 3 months of signing which when calculating will be the month of October.

I'm surprised to receive notification that my account has been debited, why??????

I want that debit order reversed and your account cancelled!
