Incorrect Billing

I have recently upgraded my ADT alarm system to also include beams, this cost me around R13k to R14k. In signing a contract for the system upgrade I specifically requested beams that are pet friendly, but since installing the beams my dogs are able to trigget them.<br> <br> Due to this ADT response has gone to my house a few time and now they want to charge me for some of them. This after I spent R14k over and above the contract I had before, this is really not on. what should happens is they must come get their beams and pay me back their money as I was misled and am not willing to pay for these extra response call outs.
