The ADT Sales department is absolutely clueless: - Quote was incorrect at first. - I have been ignored numerous times. - Sales person did not have adequate technical knowledge. - Technical team didn't know what they were supposed to install due to a incorrect job card from sales. - Tax invoice does not match up with the quote. - I'm being black mailed with late payment penalties, however ADT cannot provide me with a correct tax invoice.
This is disappointing and will not do business with ADT ever again.
