I stay at a complex. We have parking space in front of our garages with no fence. The Nigerians think the place belong to them. They sit, stand, eat, drink, p, and park here day and night on private property. I have been complaining, calling, but it looks like the ADT is lacking the qualities needed for effective action. I currently must pay R700, now I wonder for what?
