<p>Last Friday at 1pm received a call from ADT while i was at work that the alarm went went off at my house, they were informed that there was no one in the property, I had asked for someone to go and check what was happeing as per their protocol, we received feedback that all was in order, however when my husband arrived it was visible from the street view that the burglar door was removed by the ******* and place on the lawn and who attempted to break into the house and hence triggerd the alarm. The armed response failed if ever to do a proper check of the proporty and reported lies that there was nothing amiss.</p> <p>I have sent an email with to ADT on Monday and still waiting for feedback.</p>
