Probably the most useless company I have dealt with, it takes numerous calls to change a debit order account and they just cannot get it right, if they are not on tea breaks or lunch they never phone you back. After several calls I have asked them to take the debit order form my new account now just to find that they have again messed it up and try to take it from the old account, I give up with ADT, these are basics!
