The accounts admin that deals with my account is ***********. I called in Sept to get bank dtls as my acc was in arrears & enquire if there no alternative debit date tht wd be suitable. She adv of the 28th as i get paid on 27th. She said She couldnt chng it then as systems were offline bt will do the adjustment. I calld back before the 28th Sept & she advised she had written the request on piece of paper which she lost. Fine the way forward was to make the next debit goes of 28th Oct. I called the call centre on 01 Nov & query y debit still not gone off & I was told maybe in the next few days it will go off. You are playing with peoples accs hence I decided to stop the debit and I will make manual payments going forth
