Incompetency

It is not fair to me to pay ADT for security but still the house gets broken into, to me it feels like I was ****** twice, first by ADT then by ****s. On the day my house was broken into we were not at home and I got a call from an *********** agent and I told her we are not home and that she must send the security at home, the *********** agent closed the call and when we got home, the was no *********** security, we had to the *********** ADT and ask them to send the *********** security to our house. They accepted the responsibility and asked for the list of items that were ****** from the house, I did send the list to Phindiwe Rabodiba whom I thought she will assist, because now they want receipts of those items, this is ADT/Phindiwe's way of shutting me up, they don't want to pay for my ****** items but I have to pay them for security but I don't feel safe with ADT anymore.....

All I want is to be reimbursed for my ****** items
