Incompetence from ADT

I had a breakin in my house on the 2nd of April. I requested a written report from the armed responce that was present on the day of the incident. It was only sent to me on the 23 April 2019 after I wrote the review on Hello Peter. Apologies were made for the delay. After reading the report I called confirming the responce time and I was told its 6-8 minutes. Finding out from the report it took them 21 minutes to arrive at my house. Now I have lost my Sumsung 55" curved TV and wallet. Who runs with a TV that size and was never seen. Yet they say they saw the one suspect jumping over the wall. Imagine people in my house for 21 minutes with the alarm on. Searching all sections of my house yet every month I'm paying adt. According to the report it stated that zone 1 was activated but the door that was opened was zone 2. I am still not satisfied with how this was handle. I was promised a call latest the 24th. It's been quiet since then. I no longer have trust in you. If I was at home I would have been dead by now with no assistance at all.
