INCOMPETENCE

ADT, if I don't get my refund my COB today I will reverse your stupid debit orders, cancel my contract and make use of another security company. I'm going into the 3rd month of not getting my money back. Money you weren't supposed to debit from my account. I've been sent from pillar to post with different people calling to tell me my refund will be processed. The person I've been communicating with is now ignoring me on WhatsApp because she doesn't have answers. A lady I spoke to told me she would send me confirmation that my premium will be reduced as a result of the inconvenience but 2 WEEKS LATER, I'm still waiting
