Incidents Saturday 9 Sept 08:20 and Monday 11 Sept 13:40

After the following incident was brought under the attention of the branch manager. I received a call from the branch manager Mr Joseph Mahase and during our discussion I was told that I fight with all of his people and my expectations of ADT is way off in the opposite direction. What does this mean? Am I wrong to expect my security company to respond within a acceptable time? Saturday 9 Sept 2023 at 08:20 • The alarm at home gets triggered and I receive a call from the control room. I indicate that I am not at home and a reaction officer should be dispatched. • I am close to 7 km from home so I rush home whilst calling my son to go to my house as well. • I reach home and conduct a walk through without any ADT vehicle in sight. • After completion of the walkthrough and my son left the reaction vehicle arrived. Estimated 12 to 15 minutes after call received. • I requested to speak to a person in charge and received a subsequent call. o The explanation offered was that the Control room dispatches the vehicles late and this will be addressed. o I was requested to give ADT time and promised that this will not occur again as it is being addressed.

Monday 11 Sept 2023 at 13:40 • The alarm at home gets triggered and I receive a call from the control room. I indicate that I am not at home and a reaction officer should be dispatched. o The receive the following response from the Call centre Agent.  SIRR WHAT IS GOING ON THERE.  Apologies but at this point I lost it as I am away from my home the alarm is going off and the person that is supposed to ensure that armed response is dispatched asks me “WHAT IS GOING ON THERE?” o At this point I am more than 20km away from my home. • As indicated I was more than 20km away from my home. I rush home. o Upon arrival not response vehicle. o At 13:55 I phone your control room to find out what is going on as no vehicle responded. I am kept on line for 11 min 39 sec with no explanation on the response vehicle. Having received no explanation and/or not allusive vehicle appearing I ended the call. o At 14:12 I leave my house to continue with what I was busy doing. Going around the corner you vehicle approaches and stops next to me. I turned around and followed him to my house. o I asked the response officer for his name but he mumbles it and there is no way you can get it correct.  I saw his ID card and asked him if I can take a photo of it.  He resisted and would not allow me and I had to ask him four time.  Only after I informed him that if he does not allow me to do it I will take a photo of the response vehicle registration and ID and he would be identified that way he allowed me to take the picture.  Solomon N Motshwane ***5 • Yet again I requested to speak to a person in charge and received a visit of 2 vehicles. o The excuse offered this time was there was a armed ******* and a vehicle from another area in the West had to be dispatched. o I am sorry but I do not accept this as it would mean that you dispatced a vehicle more than 30 KM away from my home (Travelling within speed limmits that is how far the vehicle could have travelled) o Mahem which is the Western most point is 18 KM away from my home. o Further to this it would indicate that a regular occurance like a robery leaves the full Moot area without any coverage by ADT.

As can be seen from the above I am not satisfied with the current service “World Class Security Service” as per adverts. This also creates the question yet again of us as clients feeling safe and protected whilst it is not the case. I know you will not answer the following but here goes. • Where in the Moot is your vehicles at present? • How many vehicle coveres to Moot?
