Inadequate security
Our business armed response has been with ADT for over 8 years. The alarm was triggered this morning at 04:10. I asked ADT to respond. A couple of minutes later I received a phone call from ADT: "We couldn't gain access but checked the perimeter." SERIOUSLY??? It is a business complex with 20 units. Can't they climb over a wall (not even 6 foot)? How do they know if my factory wasn't broken into? If the door is open? We had to race to the factory to inspect it ourselves. Is this what I have paid OVER R43200 for over the past 8+ years???? I am not wasting another cent on inadequate security.
