Impressed with attitude of Responder and Follow-Up

On 22 August I was unfortunately attacked in my home, tied up and many items were ******. I just want to give a 'shout out' to the person/s who responded to my Panic Alert afterwards. They were solicitous of my well-being, calmed me down and called the Police themselves. Before they left they said that they would arrange for 'follow-up' calls and I came home yesterday from an outing to find that there were at least 14 Slips in my postbox - ADT had made 14 Proactive Patrols at different times each day since the incident - at least up until yesterday. I just want to say 'thank you'. I know I pay for the service, but often in South Africa we do not receive the service we pay for. However, not in this case.
