Impossible to get hold of anybody

Why is the only way to get a response from this company by posting on HelloPeter? Call centre is a nightmare. Nobody responds to e-mails. Calls from threatening staff at the company. How do you run such a big company and you can't connect with a human being when you call their numbers??? Sooo frustrating dealing with them. All i want is some tax invoices but every time we have this issue!!
