Impossible to connect with ADT over cancellations.

We tried to connect with Lucian Jacobs a number of times regarding funds coming off our account. We have called multiple times - we wait for a long time only to be told his line is engaged and he will call us back.

We cancelled with ADT because we were unhappy with their service regarding security and now, simply cancelling or following up on cancellation is a mammoth of a task with no resolve or communication from them.
