im still hanging waiting for feedback/service

I have been nothing but a loyal <br> customer since 2008 until I decided to renovate(extend) my house . I notified the company why am suspending the alarm but I have been trying to install the<br> alarm for months now and nothing is happening, this goes back as far as August . I have been calling the call Centre a couple of times but they re giving me the run around . u will eitherget someone who will say they will call back or get someone to contact me of which they don't , the next time u phone again u have to go through the same thing again and if they do call me back they will say they will do a follow up but don't get back to me. I completed forms few months ago but until todaI have not heard anything . am very disappointed and very much inconvenienced a lot as I don't feel safe without the alarm , even when am at work am not at peace because my house is not protected anything can happen . the sad part is that I was debited a few times after I have suspended the service and I never got the money back but now that I need the alarm to be installed its a hassle
