I’m disgusted

A technician came to my premises to change the battery for the system on 26 July 2024. Now the system is saying ‘battery low restore’. I called ADT and they told me your battery needs to be replaced. I told them it was replaced by them in July, just 3 months ago and they said they don’t have warranty on batteries. So I have to book another call, get a technician out, pay for the call out fee and for the “new” battery they will install. I’m convinced ADT is not installing new batteries which they very well know won’t last so you keep replacing and forking out more money. I can’t pay again for a service the company rendered just 3 months ago. The old battery they were replacing last 3 years! And this “new one” only lasted 3 months! What a reap off!
