<p>I cancelled my ADT security services in Nov 2014 and after ADT and the Credit Company threatened to charge me for the rental equipment they then conceded to withdraw that charge of R1500 and cancel the account.</p> <p>They confirmed that there will be no further charges to my account (namely by Rene Nelson-Arendolf). I also contacted their credit company and the amount was removed.</p> <p>I had an ITC credit check done this week, 27 June 2017 and discovered that ADT has never removed the value and now the figure has grown.</p> <p>The collection company, Nimble Group had indicated that ADT activated the amount in March 2017.</p> <p>We have made attempts to talk to Rene and other supervisors, accounts departments and sent emails.</p> <p>The call centre confirmed that the account is not clear.</p> <p>Still this big giant company has little regard for service delivery.</p> <p>They did not clear the account as they promised and 3 years later I am back to this mess.</p> <p>I do not owe ADT any monies, and request that our name be cleared immediately.</p> <p> </p>
