We cancelled the service, giving the required 1 month notice. Why dothey carry on trying to debit my bank account two months later?

14 Mar 2019, 05:56I got some emails asking if the debit had been reversed. I said that it had not. Then they said the debit would be refunded and back in my account on 13 March 2019. No sign of it so maybe I just have to go in to the bank and get it reversed.
