If you value your safety do not use ADT.

There was a ******* at my home this weekend. Despite the alarm going off three times, ADT did not respond. My life and safety were at risk.

An ADT guard eventually arrived, but this is because a friend who happened to be on the phone with me when the ******* was taking place, called them directly. I was also informed that a supervisor would come the next day which did not happen.

Had it not been for the other security companies and neighborhood watch, only God knows what would have happened as the perpetrator was determined to access the main house to reach me.

Absolute nonsense.
