Hi folks. Just a word about Adt. I received a call at 1639 about an electric fence alarm whilst still at work. I asked them to send their"armed" response. They lad came, told the helper all was well outside. At 1740hours after i had not received a feedback call, i decided to go home(leaving work) and see the happenings. As i drove in, i could see that the back fence had those yellow warning hanging. As i get closer, alas, indeed the fence was cut. I then called their office to find out what did the guy see.. He said all was ok, they said. On why they didn't give feedback, was transferred to the supervisor. He was quick to interrogate me with "security questions". After, he started stuttering. He then passed me to the "Manager" same security checks(3rd time) after no sensible reason. He said he was sending the patrol supervisor. Thats 30minutes now waiting for the supervisor to come! When it come to false alarms, the guys are lightning fast.
